Claims completed and approved will be delivered based on the schedule below:

  Day of the Week Claim Completed and Approved Delivery
Monday - Thursday Before 6pm CST Next Day
Friday - Sunday Before 6pm CST Monday
Sunday After 6pm CST Tuesday

Note: Next Day delivery may not be available during holidays, inclement weather, or in some locations. Plus, when you file online, you'll receive an email with your package tracking information.
