3.Can I complete my claim online?
Yes, you can complete your claim online if no verification is required. To file a claim online, first select your wireless carrier from the home page to begin.

4. How long does it take to receive replacement equipment?
Once your claim has been approved and as long as your equipment is in stock, you should receive your replacement equipment within 24 - 72 hours depending upon the insurance program and the location of the shipment.

5. How can I determine the manufacturer and model of my equipment?
The manufacturer and model can typically be found on the outside of the phone, on the battery or on the phone underneath the battery.
