Your deductible costs
Just like home or auto insurance, your device protection plan will include a deductible.
You can visit your nearest Metro® by T-Mobile dealer to pay your deductible in-store. Search for a Metro dealer and uncheck the Corporate Stores check box (corporate Metro stores do not accept in-store deductible payments). There is a $5 service fee for using the in-store deductible payment option.
