Filing a Claim for Your Metro by T-Mobile Phone

Getting reconnected is quick and easy... just follow the steps below!

Before you file

Only the account holder or an authorized user on the account can file a claim. Claims should be reported immediately following an incident. If your phone is lost or stolen, call Metro to suspend service and prevent unauthorized calls. To have your claim processed as quickly as possible, please have the following ready:

  • Your mobile telephone number
  • The make and model of the phone
  • Your credit card for paying the deductible

How to file

If your phone is LOST or MISPLACED: Log into to locate it on a map and make it sound an alarm - even it's on silent!

If your phone is permanently lost, or it's damaged: Click here, or call Asurion at 1.866.862.3397 to start your claim.
