Filing a claim

Getting reconnected is quick and easy... just follow the steps below!

Before you file

Only the account holder or an authorized user on the account can file a claim. Claims should be reported immediately following an incident. If your phone is lost or stolen, call MetroPCS® to suspend service and prevent unauthorized calls. To have your claim processed as quickly as possible, please have the following ready:

  • Your mobile telephone number
  • The make and model of the phone
  • Your credit card for paying the deductible

How to file

If your phone is LOST or MISPLACED: Log into to locate it on a map and make it sound an alarm - even it's on silent!

If your phone is permanently lost, or it's damaged: Click here, or call Asurion at 1.866.862.3397 to start your claim.
