Replace a Lost or Stolen Device

If your device is lost or stolen:

Attempt to locate your device.

If you can't find it, suspend your Sprint service temporarily to prevent unauthorized use.

If you have Sprint device protection, simply start a claim for a lost or stolen device. You'll save hundreds on the full retail cost of a new replacement device with next-day replacement in most cases.

If you don't have device protection, visit to see if you're eligible for an upgrade. With an upgraded device, you will have the option to add Total Equipment Protection Plus. You can also activate a pre-owned device at
