How does my device protection plan work?

Being without your device is stressful, but your Device Protection+ Plan covers your device in the event the of loss, theft, damage, including cracked screens, and out of warranty malfunction. After you file a claim, and it's approved, we'll send you a replacement as soon as the next day. No need to stress—it's all part of your plan!

Claims fulfilled with a replacement device and approved by 10 p.m. CT Mon-Fri (7:30pm Sat) will be shipped and, in most cases delivered the next day. Replacement devices may be new or refurbished of the same or a like kind and Quality model. Phone color. brand. model any features may be different. Compatibility of accessories is not guaranteed.
